What Gets You Out of Bed?

TRUTH...some mornings it would be easy to just roll over and go back to sleep. 

BUT...a commitment to a training plan and friends make me

get up,

get moving

and get out the door.

Tomorrow will be no different.  

The training plan is leading to the Rocket City Marathon. Now is not the time to skip out on logging miles.

Friends, no need to qualify them with 'running,' will be arriving just before 5:30 am. Our first steps away from Fleet Feet Huntsville will be right on time. 

I don't necessarily look forward to hearing the alarm,

BUT...I do look forward to accomplishing something and meeting friends before the sun comes up,

AND...its what gets me out of bed.

Our route tomorrow morning will cover 5 miles with a shorter option if needed. Here are the turn-by-turn directions for 5.
