Where's The Sun

Where's The Sun

Gone are the days of the sun rising at 5:30 am. Tomorrow's official sun rise time for Huntsville is 6:24 am.  As the number of daylight hours fades into darkness, it is time to pull out the reflective gear.

Do you know where your reflective belts and vest are? How about your headlamps or other lights?

Stop right now and go find them, you are going to need them tomorrow morning.  They may not be your favorite things to wear but they could be just the thing to make it possible for you to finish the run.

The shorter days, usually bring cooler starts to the mornings and that is what is predicted. The low overnight is supposed to be 47. That is great running weather and a welcomed change from 75 degrees and 95% humidity.

Since we get a break in the weather it is time to add a hill into our route.  We will start out on a familiar course and then run past the turn on Criner on up to Jones Valley.  You can find the turn-by-turn directions below.

Don't forget your reflective gear and you may want to lay out that long-sleeve shirt just in case.

See you tomorrow.
