What's the point of keeping the teeter-totter in one position? Nothing. No fun there. Well, maybe there could be some fun for the person dangling from the 'up' position.

The same thing for a run. What's the fun of always running on a flat course? 

You don't have to worry about a flat course at tomorrow's Breakfast Club run. You will get to experience both the ups and downs of the Jones Valley area.

We meet at Fleet Feet Huntsville and our first steps are promptly at 5:30 am.

And...if you have time, stick around after the run. We head over to Bruegger's Bagels for some coffee, food and conversation.
