S Marks the Miles
The Breakfast Club may feel Superman strong when tomorrow’s five miles are complete. After two weeks of running hills, tomorrow’s course is flat. A quick look at the elevation change and you see a total gain and loss of only 27 feet.
Not only will 27 be the elevation gain and loss it may be the outside air temp when we get started.
Remember we start from Fleet Feet at 5:30 am, the route is 5 miles and it can be shortened if needed. And everyone is welcomed to head over to Bruegger’s after the run for a quick breakfast.
